Following the announcement of the former Vice Principal returning as Principal of North United Academy, I would first and foremost like to extend my sincere congratulations to you, sir, on this achievement and your return to office. It is truly a testament to your leadership and dedication, and I wish you continued success in all that you set out to accomplish during this new chapter.
My journey at North United Academy began with undertaking simple audits, but over time it evolved into contributing toward more strategic and impactful decisions that helped shape how the academy operates. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience to grow within this environment, both professionally and personally.
I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to serve the academy in the various roles I was entrusted with. Working alongside such amazing, talented, and influential individuals has been both an honour and a privilege. Equally, being surrounded by students whose ambitions and dreams strive toward a brighter future has been deeply inspiring and something I will always carry with me.
On that note, after much reflection, I have made the difficult decision to step down from all duties related to North United Academy. I believe it is important to recognise when one’s passion and drive for a role have shifted, and at this time, I do not feel it would be right for me to continue in an environment where I can no longer give my full commitment.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for all the opportunities I have received during my time here. The experiences, lessons, and relationships I have gained will never be forgotten and will undoubtedly stay with me moving forward.
Thank you once again, and I wish the academy continued success in the future.
